Sports weeks
Our themed sports weeks focus on different sports depending on the season. Popular classes from our general sports programme, such as water gymnastics at 10 a.m., will take place as usual. Anyone staying at our fitness hotel during the period in question can take part. We are looking forward to welcoming you!
Sports weeks 2024
Mountain and valley special
We explore the Allgäu region together with you – on the mountains and in the valley. Climb the peaks of the surrounding mountains with our hiking guides on daily hikes (3-4 hours) and go stand-up paddling on Lake Alpsee or to guided e-bike tours with our sports coaches.

The way of water - hiking week
During this week our sports department will take you on our hikes to waterfalls, streams and rivers.

This sports week is focused on different types of yoga courses.

Ice bathing
While ice bathing has long been a tradition in Scandinavian countries and the UK, it is a fairly new trend here. During this week, you will be slowly introduced to winter swimming. Antje will take you to the Eibele waterfalls or the Lake Großer Alpsee – dream scenery included. Please bring a medical certificate stating that it is safe for you to swim in the cold water. Don’t forget your bathing shoes and a hat.
