After the blood sample is taken at the in-house doctor’s practice, your personal laboratory values will be determined. The Metabolic Balance Institute will create a tailor-made nutrition plan based on the laboratory values. Our Metabolic Balance consultant is at your disposal for a total of five introductory and consultation meetings. Together, we get your body ready for the upcoming change of diet.
After that you are in phase II and enjoy all meals according to your individual nutrition plan at our hotel. In the second week, another blood sample is taken to check for abnormal blood values, and a doctor’s consultation takes place to analyse your results. You can discuss the medical results during your individual consultation. Our consultant will be happy to contact you by phone after departure for a follow-up consultation.
